1up and its big daddy the Ziff Davis Game Group announced their 4th annual 1UP Awards winners last night in San Fransisco. The editors from top magazines EGM and Games for Windows: The Official Magazine along with their visitors of the 1UP network voted for their favorites. Last night the honors rolled out for the top dogs in the video games, publishers and developers of 2006.
