Team India will look to build on the momentum of their thumping 3-1 series win against the West Indies in the series against Sri Lanka.

Four matches are lined up against Mahela Jayawardene's rapidly improving team, and the first of those is a day and night clash at the historic Eden Gardens in Kolkata on Thursday.

These are two men used to the flashlights, but the focus is much sharper now. After all, this will be the last hit out before the World Cup campaign. India have some fitness concerns in Yuvraj Singh, Ajit Agarkar and Irfan Pathan. So the final composition will be known before the toss.

"We have got some fitness concerns regarding Yuvraj Singh and his back, Ajit Agarkar and Irfan Pathan. So we have got some issues there and we have to assess that in the morning and see what's the best combination to come up with," India captain Rahul Dravid says.

For Sri Lanka this is a grudge tour of sorts. When the islanders toured India in 2005-06, they were thrashed 6-1 in the One-Day series. And they will have revenge on their minds even as the wind down their World Cup preparations.

"From this tournament, what we are looking at is try to get confidence and winning is a priority for us as well going into the World Cup, and getting a few things correct. Combinations, different players, different roles and trying to get them get used to the roles in the team," Sri Lanka captain Mahela Jaywardene says.
