Samsung today kicks off our 3GSM coverage with blasting out second incarnation of the Samsung Ultra Editions. If you thought the old Ultra's were awesome this new ones will blow you away, each phone features tri-band GSM, Bluetooth, and that new 3 megapixel camera. 

 Lets start with the thinnest, the U100 is the thinnest("world's thinnest") candy bar yet 5.9-mm to be exact. Next up is the 9.6-mm U300 clamshell which packs in a 2.2" 240 x 320 TFT internal display (98 x 16 OLED external) with 70MB of storage. While their flagship crown goes to the 10.9-mm U600 slider that packs in a 3.1 megapixel camera, 2.2-inch 240 x 420 TFT display, Bluetooth 2.0, and 60MB of on-board storage with microSD expansion.

 Last not the least is the 12.1-mm U700 3G slider is quite same as the others except it features 3.6Mbps HSDPA data and microSD expansion. You should expect them to in Europe by March and in US.
