No More Windows XP OEM After 2007

Microsoft announced that it will discontinue the Windows XP OEM by the end of 2007, so they probably encouraging/forcing the users for Vista in 2008. There are still lot of people still using XP due to compatibility issues of software they are using or just for comfort & user interface. Microsoft will issue notice to all the manufacturers who are selling PCs loading XP OEM version.

There was lot of hype to Vista before it was launched, but then there were many issues that customers complained about the incompatibility & also home users. Gamers were really disappointed that Vista didn’t match their expectations, they were complaining about the fps in game & few games not working. Lets hope that Vista will be fit to run any game or application before XP ends.
