Sony announces 12.1MP Cybershot The DSCW200

Sony recently announced its all new cybershot with 12.1 megapixels camera. Sony claims it to be the first compact camera with 12.1 MP sensors. Its equipped with Carl Zeiss lens. It comes with a 2.5-inch LCD screen. It also has a high sensitivity for shooting without a flash even in very low light. It weighs just 173g. Its 91 x 58.5 x 27.3 mm in size.

The DSC-W200 has the following features:-

  • 12.1 MP camera
  • 3X Optical Zoom
  • 2.5-inch LCD screen
  • A 9-Point Auto Focus
  • Optical Viewfinder
  • D-Range Optimization
  • 31MB Internal Memory
  • Face Detection
  • A high ISO sensitivity of upto 6400

    • The DSCW200 is expected to ship from today onwards. No word on pricing yet.
