Google Doubles Gmail Attachment Size To 20MB

Google increases the attachment size to 20MB, now you can upload more files. Hope others also follow the same. Now there is no barrier for your video files, presentation, etc.
Most organizations are now offloading large files from email altogether since they slow down email performance and drive up email storage costs. Its good to see that Google recognizes that files can and do get bigger than the typical 10MB limit enforced on MS Exchange. However most organizations rather than raising the email attacmhment limit are turning to Accellion and a handful of other managed file transfer vendors that allow organizations to send large files securely without impacting email.
