After Sony announces 80GB PS3 for Korea and off course in the near future US release. Sony’s again in the news for uping the capabilities of the PS3 with a upcoming firmware release. We did see some minor changes that only did some small tweaks and patches but this release looks damn serious, firstly the firmware v1.80 will enable upscaling of Playstation/ Playstation 2 and DVD movies to a full 1080p on any HDTV supporting this resolution, hold on your old stuffs will get a shiny new look. On the other hand, for PSP users a new feature named Remote Play lets you access their PS3 anywhere in the world with broadband access. It will also support DLNA media center connectivity letting users view and share media content on their PS3 from there DLNA-enabled PCs and laptops. Even print this pictures with compatible Epson printers.
