The Mobile Market seems to be attracting the Car Makers. Already Porsche and Ferrari have launched their first piece of cell phones, and now comes Hummer, a brand of sport utility vehicles (SUV’s) sold by General Motors.

Hummer has partnered with French design company Modelabs to develop the first Hummer phone, the Hummer HT1, which is to be a car fashioned handset in bold yellow, camouflage or army-green, in addition to the plain jane silver.

The features include military grade design and ruggedness , Hummer HT1 are:

# 2 mega-pixel camera
# MicroSD slot
# Integrated FM radio
# 256MB of memory
# GSM/GPRS support.

The Hummer HT1, the branded high-tech gadget will be available in Europe for 300 Euro ($404).

So, when all Car makers are coming to mobile market, the mobile makers can surely be hoped of going into the Car market, leading to Nokia or Motorola’s first car.
