Atlast Apple ports its beloved Safari web browser to Windows. We checkout Safari and we are surprised with the miserly numbers of bugs and crashes, considering its just a beta. Steve Jobs at the WWDC conference showed benchmarks and fast loading times of the webpages. I guess people now can happily stream up Youtube or Metacafe. But i had some hiccups with Thinktechno and metacafe and few other sites i surfed with Safari. We also had some problems with Javascripts, even google.com didn’t opened for me, some problem i guess with secured pages. But I’m still happy, as its a good attempt for a beta. With the final release due expects this tiny snags to be ironed out as more and more feedback tunnels to Apple’s engineers.
