Microsoft got some goodies in its bag, they have announced the launch date of Xbox Live & also Halo 3 in India. Xbox Live will be launched between 23rd to 30th September where as Halo 3 will be launched on 25th September. Thats not all MS also announced a Halo 3 contest where you can win Halo 3 merchandise like Caps, T-Shirts & the best one being special edition Halo 3 Console. This really is an exciting news for gamers & take part in the contest, who knows you might win that Halo 3 special edition console.

The Halo 3 game comes in two versions rather than three versions that were launched in US, so you can expect Standard edition & Special edition and no Legendary edition in India. The game will be priced for Rs. 1895.

Coming to Xbox Live, users can get subscription for 1 month, 3 months & 12 months denominations. But the subscription fee is not announced yet, but was told that it will be at attractive price.
