You might have heard a lot about the the all new M8 from Meizu. This phone seems to be a good replacement for iphone as it has a similar design, looks, features, etc. It will mostly release in 2008. Its a 3G, HSDPA with WiFi worldphone

Ok lets compare the M8 with Apple iphone now,
The M8 will be 105 (h) x 57 (w) x 11.5 (d) mm in size whereas the iphone is 115 (h) x 61 (w) x 11.6 (d) mm in dimension. The M8 phone as well as iphone have two models at 4GB and 8GB non-removable flash memory 16GB of flash memory. The M8 runs Windows CE 6.0 whereas the iphone runs Mac OS X Mobile. The M8 has a screen resolution of 720 x 480 pixels whereas the iphone has 320 x 480.

The M8 seems to be advanced in terms of camera as it has 3.0 megapixels plus one 0.3-mega pixels on front for video calling whereas iphone has 2.0megapixels camera. When it comes to wireless data the iPhone has Wi-Fi (802.11b/g), EDGE, Bluetooth 2.0 whereas M8 has Bluetooth 2.0 + TV-Out.

When it comes to pricing…
The iPhone comes in two versions, 4GB of memory & other one with 8GB of memory, priced at $499 and $599 respectively. The 4GB and the 8GB with cam, are at $307 and $398 respectively, but there are also two other versions available without a built-in camera, 4GB at $193 and $284 for the 8GB version.
