A New York woman got so angry at Apple Inc. for cutting $200 bucks for the iPhone after couple of months of its official launch that she sued Apple for a whooping $1 million in damages.

Apparently she feels that Apple did some major violation on price discrimination laws by announcing the $200 price drop within a couple of month of its launch. The lawsuit also dragged AT&T Inc,which is the exclusive carrier of iPhone in US, over the two year contract deal which she thinks is unfair.

No wonder Apple declined to comment, citing the company’s policy to not discuss pending litigation. Apple really needs to calm down the price drop issue. You surely wouldn’t want millions of other disgruntled iPhone owners taking the way to the courts.
