I personally got baffled by UAC after installing Vista. I don’t think its that annoying because you’d know which programs are accessing what especially if are using Internet spy-wares can be a really headache but that black screen that comes each and every time UAC gets invoke is a big annoyance.

But a small program called TweakUAC gets rid of this annoyance putting into “quiet mode.” But it doesn’t turns of UAC just makes it silent. Especially administrators when attempting to do an administrative task. However all other features of UAC still going on, meaning that UAC will continue to run with the standard user permissions by default. Just download TweakUAC by clicking here.
