AMD unveils trio of new ATI TV Wonders

Looking up to freshen there presence in the market, ATi launches a slew of brand new….nope no graphics cards, its the opposite three new ATI TV Wonder (TV tuner cards). First up is the Wonder 650 Combo USB, which includes two TV tuners to pickup ordinary analog TV signal with OTA HDTV signals / ClearQAM programming.

While the Wonder 600 PCI or TV Wonder 600 PCI Express are stand alone cards which will fit in your PC’s empty PCI or PCI-E slots. Nothing special about the addon cards, same features as the USB version. The three versions come bundled with Catalyst Media Center. The software converts recorded TV programs to formats that are playable on the iPod, Zune, PSP, iPhone, Palm Treo, etc. The 650 Combo USB can be grabbed for $149 while the other two are just $99 each.
