Firefox Gets Live Chat Support

As you would know Firefox is one of the best web browsers out there. Still it got some snags that i hope Firefox 3 will clean it up. But I’m quite surprised Mozilla recently dished out a live chat feature on their support page. Currently live chat service is handled by a handful of volunteers, and it only opens for a few hours a day.

At the moment its in the testing phase, as informed by one of the volunteers involved. If the service is a success, Mozilla is sure to expand it in the future.

The chat is currently during the first half of the day. Check out of the fox mascot on the right hand site of the page during operation. But don’t ask the support guys for anything other then Firefox. They guy is pretty quick to end the support request last time I asked something about Thunderbird.
