iAno – Virtual Piano for iPhone and iPodTouch
Interesting a piano(or as the developer says iAno) for the iPhone! Wow that’s interesting. The recent a smart guitar app for the iPhone had attracted lots of attention. iPhone developer Mister Aardvark has just released iAno, a true multi-touch piano simulator for the iPhone.

The simulator isn’t a crap, it has a complete four-octave keyboard(which is scrollable using the arrows at the sides of the screen), it sound decent and real enough with the loaded real piano samples, while allowing up to five keys to be played simultaneously. Make sure you have a jailbroken iPhone before installing it.
Here’s a list of features that the iAno sports:
- A complete four octave keyboard.
- Multi-touch. Up to 5 keys can be pressed at once allowing complex chords.
- Sounds like a real piano with realistic piano multi-samples.
- Animated piano keys react to your touch.
- Play along to all your MP3s.
- On-screen keyboard navigation allows you to easily move up and down by octaves or “part octaves” (ie. left-most key is a C or an F).

Aardvark plans to add additional features such as a complete 88-key keyboard, switchable sample sets, recording and playback, as well as support for loading .MID tracks and playing them back.

I really want to learn to play the piano, do you have any tutorials or know of any?
