Man this is exciting, isn’t it? No?  Ye, you are probably are right. After the last err..disappointing sequel of Harry Potter (and order of the phoenix), hope this installment will be a little fun to play. The last installment missed out on several things like Quidditch (apart from the part of flying with Fred and George), Owl exams, the chamber of secrets and the Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw common rooms were simply removed by pressing the ‘Del’ by the devs. However, Order of the Phoenix was hot on the Wii mostly due to its ‘wand’ like gameplay.

Accio Harry potter and the Half Blood Prince from EA !

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince game will released later this year along with the movie. And thankfully, EA has stated that Quidditch will definitely be a part of the game. The game in its GTA-ish (no guns though) style will feature Harry’s sixth year and its surprises. You will be able to mix ingredients (of any sort) and make potions (no, you can’t poison Snape), lead the Gryffindor Quidditch team to victory. Also, you will get entangled in the love triangle of Ron-Hermione-Lavender as you make your way to the uncover the identity of the Half Blood Prince (wish Jason Bourne was here).

EA Bright Light Studio, producers of every game under the Harry Potter series have stated that game will release in the following consoles - Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS, Sony Playstation 3, Sony Playstation 2, PSP (Playstation Portable), Xbox 360, Windows PC, Macintosh and mobile devices.

Meanwhile, I am going to find out what this thing is about.
