Rumor: Trioxide, the first ever emulator for the Wii, 360 and the PS3?

Visual Boy Advance, Project 64 and ZSNES were some of the popular emulators for the games from the NES, the 8-bit sega and the Nintendo DS. Surprisingly, Kotaku claims that it has discovered something that will allow games of the Wii, 360 and PS3 platform to be played on the PC. For the sake of it, this could be just like that Microsoft Xbox 360 Blu-ray version. Living with denials.

Rumor: Trioxide, the first ever emulator for the Wii, 360 and the PS3?

I am puzzled that the emulators are still alive. After the PSone emulator, everything pretty much sucked. The Playstation 2 emulators were disastrous. And you want a emulator (and a rig) that supports the 3rd generation graphics as this one? I don’t think so. Emulators are still fighting battles against copyright violations and piracy. The interesting thing is that Kotaku claims it to be more like a kind of a device rather than just a software to be installed. Stay tuned folks, as I switch to stealth mode for more developments.
