Not even a week has passed and you already can install third party apps other than the ones found at the Apple store.
What you see here is the PwnageTool 2.0 welcome screen to jailbreak the iPhone or the iPod Touch with firmware 2.0. You won’t be able to unlock the iPhone 3G but jailbreak to install some third party applications.

UPDATE: iPhone-Dev Team have released Pwnage Tool 2.0.1 for some errors faced during the jailbreaking of the iPhone 3G. The new version fixes the Error 1600 and also instances where the PwnageTool 2.0 doesn’t start at all. Download it here.
