German family goes grocery on a Armored Reconnaissance Vehicle!
Joachim Schoeneich of Neu Anspach Germany found out that he needs to go shopping not in car or something like that, but instead on a tank! Or, more accurately, with a $47,376 six-ton British Army surplus Fox FV721 armored reconnaissance vehicle.
“We take the tank to go shopping and little trips,” Schoeneich said. “It is a bit hard to find a parking place, but we get right of way at every junction.
He has even fitted a kiddie seat so two year old son Paul can come along for the ride. Even without the non functioning gun, i guess no one will challenge Mr Schoeneich for that perfect parking spot! Only thing stopping us from grabbing one of these, might be the 4.2 litre engine struggling at five miles per gallon.
