Khaled, it could be the flash card has reached the end of it&#039;s useful life and is now faulty.

There is another possibility though. You may have a card 2GB or bigger that you are putting into a normal card reader? To read cards 2GB or more, you need a special SDHC reader.

You may also need to update your Windows system, but this seems to affect only a very few computers.

recommendation: to reenable the port disconnect the hardware and click reset. if your click close the port will no longer function.
for this i by mistake without removing the pendrive closed it. from that time on wards the pen drive is not working.  in this pen drive my personal data is their.  how can i retrive it.  please give your suggission.

if u put the pen drive on the same usb it is giving the msg to remove the instrument and reboot the system otherwise the entire port will be spoiled.  but the same was put other usb port the pen drive is not recognised.  so please help me to get the data from the pen drive.
