Podio MP3 Player for Bikes,Cyclists
Listening with a pair of headphones while cycling is a major risk as we all know. Listening to music while biking is going to block out some ambient noise. A new MP3 player from a Taiwanese firm allows bicyclists and other users to listen to music from a compact digital player that doesn’t require earphones or headphones. The device is called Podio and it crams the speaker, amp, and storage into a metal tube 88mm long that can connect to a bike’s handlebars.
The podio MP3 Player weighs around 140 grams and has 2GB of internal storage for music. Podio gets power from an internal lithium ion battery and can play music for 20 hours per charge. Not bad eh?
It supports MP3 and WMA formats. There is no indication about the pricing and availability of the Podio MP3 player/speaker till now.
