How to Add My Computer or Folders to Your Windows 7 / Vista Taskbar

Windows 7 is probably Microsoft’s best shot at making a user friendly and productive operating environment. Yet it missed out on few things that could have made it a lot easier and user friendly interface, just adding the Computer icon to the taskbar makes it so easily to access your folders.

But you always add the Computer menu as a folder to the taskbar here’s how you do it.

1. Right-click on the taskbar and choose the Toolbars menu, and then click on New Toolbar.

2. Now just find the folder or your Computer and the Select Folder.

3. As you can see on the picture below Computer folder right on the taskbar. If you click on the little arrow it will pop up all the folder’s contents.
