With all the daily surfing that i go through, i find it really frustrating to go trough endless scores of windows. This mostly happened due to click happy fingers clicking on just about any link it comes across. Hey what can i do if someone disguise a MLM or porn site with a what it seems to be a shopping or informative link.

This trick is a unusual one and I bet many out there don’t know this. Firefox actually features the possibility to set multiple home pages. I’m a big fan of many websites so I atleast need to check 3 most favorite each time I’m online. But be aware that this new feature introduces a performance degradation in Firefox startup as multiple pages are open.
Here is how to configure multiple home pages in Firefox?
- Open Firefox
- Click Tools || Options
- In the Home Page section, located at the top of the Main tab specify your home pages URLs separated with a “|”

I didn’t found out anything cool today, so just a small and easy tip for Firefox users. This small tutorial will show you how to delete individual sites from your address bar (firefox). I have been using Firefox for quite sometime. It has its own problems which as a as FF user have learnt how to handle them. But no browser comes close to Firefox in terms of performance and expandability thanks to Mozilla’s large community which constantly adding new cool extensions and plugins.

Over the past 1 year of blogging, i have played with many extensions, some made my blogging hell of a lot easier but few were nothing less then a bad joke. Previously I put up an article on how to improve Firefox performance. Today I wanna list my top 10 favorite extensions that improved my productivity and blogging experience. Here goes the list.

Firefox 2.0 since its release had the niggling memory leak and no matter how many updates have been out to address this issue it still has that retard issue. A standard Firefox install without any extensions consumes around 80MB but soon after you add a few extensions you can see a noticeable drop in the performance. There are many guides out over the internet but i have made my own version that seems to work. It gono be a pretty comprehensive guide so you have a stick a little longer to learn the tricks.
