iPhone QuickPwn 2.2 now available for iPhone and iPod Touch 2.2 jailbreak

Hackers are kinda restless when it comes to cracking iPhone firmwares. Seriously, just a day into the firmware 2.2 release and the guys at the iPhone DevTeam have managed to crack it and even released QuickPwn 2.2 for Mac and Windows.

As well as the release of Quickpwn 2.2 for Mac and Windows, they have also released Pwnage 2.2 for Mac. but make sure you guys follow these things carefully before getting in crack mode.

  1. GOLDEN RULE: If you have a 3G iPhone and want potential soft unlock in the near future do NOT use QuickPwn, and do not use the official ipsw or the iTunes update process without using PwnageTool.

Fans will never rest until they get the best from what they have. This is a similar one. Guys at Hemitworks have managed to run Quake III on Ipod touch and the Iphone. Wait, here comes the best part. You can control the character by simply tilting the Iphone, so no finger cramps there folks!

For the time being its still a beta, no mention on when we get our hands on. We’ll keep you posted.
