Apple nowadays tries to bundles its music management software iTunes to every possible gadget they are making…. be it iPhone, iPod, the Mac. Just like Microsoft does with the WMP and Internet explorer.
But we never get a mention of Apple dragged to courts due to anti-trust, monopolistic litigations. Not everybody loves everything about Apple, same goes for their iTunes that comes bundled with iPod. I don’t prefer iTunes mostly because I’m a Winamp addict since god knows when! Favoritism is a different issue altogether, we can discuss about that later.

Yahoo Japan and Apple, Inc. have teamed up recently and has replaced a Sony Corp.-affiliated music download service on Yahoo Japan with Apple’s iTunes Music Store. With this partnership its now possible for users to access iTunes through Yahoo Music Japan. The iTunes music store now onwards will be the default store for Yahoo Japan.
Yahoo is currently very popular in Japan and has above 40 million users which is actually 84% of the country’s internet users, wow that’s certainly a lot. Well no wonder Apple planned for teaming up with Yahoo Japan.
