Thrustmaster has planned to reveal three limited editions and one exclusive edition. The Ferrari Wireless Gamepad 430 Scuderia Limited Edition, F1 Wireless Gamepad Ferrari F60 Limited Edition and Ferrari Motors Gamepad F430 Challenge Limited Edition are limited editions. These controls have aerodynamic curves and have a glossy finish as you can see in the above picture.

Firmware Update 2.5 For PS3, 5.0 For PSP Download Available

Guys time for some station updates! Sony just few hours back gave greenlight to download there latest firmware 2.5 for the PS3. You’d already know this update is coming with some cool stuffs, besides the Flash 9 support, the update will also let players take in-game screenshots, view thumbnails of video scenes, voice chat, background downloading, power saving options and lots more.

Also Sony didn’t forgot to update the PSP firmware to 5.0, which allows you access to your account and the PlayStation Store directly from your PSP and few more.

Rumor: Playstation 3’s new version coming in August?

According to Wal-Mart data sheet obtained by Joystiq, this could well just mean that Sony might be pulling off its the present PS3 model in the market. But even if it does, whats there to improve upon?

The data sheet says that a new ‘version’ will replace the PS3s in the market, it doesn’t portray any exact clauses as to find out what the new one will be like. It might be the Dual Shock 3 for the 40GB PS3 or the release of the white Playstation 3.

Sony to launch new slimmer PS2 in India and Europe soon

Three versions of the Playstation 2 have come and gone. Now for the fourth. Sony Computer Entertaintment have announced that they will be releasing the new version of the Playstation 2 in India and Europe by Diwali. Also, Sony plans to introduce the Playstation network by the end of the year.

SOCOM reveals Sony Playstation 3 bluetooth headset

At first looks, it pretty much looks like any other bluetooth headset but the logo on it will make you think otherwise. SOCOM Confrontation’s blu-ray version will have this baby. The most notable thing about this bluetooth headset is that it carries a mute button which is absent in almost all the other bluetooth headsets.

Also, a recharge stand which can be connected via USB to the PS3 comes with the package. The pricing has not yet been confirmed but sources believe that it carry a competitive price tag. It will be available both bundled with the game and separately.

Sony to offer video download service for the PSN

Sony’s President Kaz Hirai has unveiled plans of offering video services to the play station network including non-game contents. The service is likely to be introduced first in the U.S and eventually to UK and Japan. He also said that this may boost the network popularity and obviously the revenue.

Although people are still comfortable with video-by-mail service, Sony will have a tough time streaming videos. I know it sounds all cool with the video service soon but I’d rather reckon youtube as it is well placed and with the most convenient user experience. As of now, Sony have to start gathering what exactly the consumer wants and how a average daily gamers goes about videos. Anyway, Rome wasn’t built in a day. So good luck Sony, you will need it!
