Not long ago we had endured the mind numbing speeds of 24 SSD drives joined together in RAID belting out 2GB/s read and write speeds. Now Fusion makers of extremely fast and expensive hard drives jolts us with the latest Fusion ioDrive Duo drive. The Fusion ioDrive Duo is according to the manufacturer, is the world’s fastest SSD solution but couldn’t make me stop thinking of the Samsung guys crunching out 2GB/s using there 24 SSD’s . The ioDrive duo basic model comes with 160GB of storage while the top end drives max out at 1.2TB with a read and write speeds of 1.5GB/s and 1.4GB/s respectively.

Put together 24 seriously fast SSD’s enough ingredients already for one hell of a recipe. Well guys over at Samsung couldn’t just stop bragging big about how fast there SSD’s are. Apparently they hooked up 24 solid-state drives into a RAID array that totaled for about 6 terabytes, but the most impressive part is they achieved: 2GB per second. While most of us are happy with 60 to 50Mb/s , 2GB/s is just incredible.
But a single cheap 32GB SSD costs about $100 so buying 24 of these is simply out of question for most of us. Smoking video after the break.

Samsung Korea recently launched its all new T9+ music player – the Third Story Mp3 Player. The T9+ has a new awesome feature which enables player gaming via built-in Bluetooth. The maximum distance for playing games through this feature is 30Feet. Currently there are around 5 games available.
Te T9+ comes with different storage capacities; 2GB, 4GB, and 8GB. It has a 1.8″ 220*176 resolution display. It looks like a good deal. One can find one in Korea easily but in America it’s difficult to fetch one as the North American version will require software updates for English-language versions of games and the interface itself.
