Touch Grind Is The First Multitouch Game on The Apple iPhone

Introducing, The Tony Hawk Pro Skater game of the iPhone platform. Touch Grind is a skateboarding game that uses two fingers of yours on the multitouch platform of your Apple iPhone or the iPod Touch. The game is different from a normal skateboarding game, for instance the view is from the top-down mode.

Imagine your fingers are the legs of a budding skateboarding pro. With your fingers placed on the skateboard, you will have do some flips so as able to do the most wierd stunts. The gameplay interface is pretty confusing if you are a first time but like all games as a rule, you will get used to it.

At Apple’s Lets Rock event, everyone was happy about the announcement of the new iPod Nano and iPod Classic. But the next announcement made them more anxious and more excited. Apple announced the second generation iPod Touch with never seen before ’style’ and ‘charisma’.

Thinner than ever, Apples’ still on top of the best gadget styles if you ask me. The edges are rimmed now and is chrome in colour, what the slang people would call ‘thats more bling man!’. The iPod Touch 2G has a whole load of new features including Nike+ .

Fans will never rest until they get the best from what they have. This is a similar one. Guys at Hemitworks have managed to run Quake III on Ipod touch and the Iphone. Wait, here comes the best part. You can control the character by simply tilting the Iphone, so no finger cramps there folks!

For the time being its still a beta, no mention on when we get our hands on. We’ll keep you posted.

The wooden case for the iPod is strong enough to be randomly thrown here and there. Even makes it safe from the accidental spills that might ruin your iPod otherwise.

iAno - Virtual Piano for iPhone and iPodTouch

Interesting a piano(or as the developer says iAno) for the iPhone! Wow that’s interesting. The recent a smart guitar app for the iPhone had attracted lots of attention. iPhone developer Mister Aardvark has just released iAno, a true multi-touch piano simulator for the iPhone.

The simulator isn’t a crap, it has a complete four-octave keyboard(which is scrollable using the arrows at the sides of the screen), it sound decent and real enough with the loaded real piano samples, while allowing up to five keys to be played simultaneously. Make sure you have a jailbroken iPhone before installing it.

                       iPod Touch look alike Meizu M7 details unveiled!

It didn’t take long for Meizu to make something comparable to the iPod touch that just starting to ship. Meizu officially announced the M7, the iPod touch look alike. Meizu CEO Jack Wong announced the M7 at the company forums that it will feature a 2.8-inch display with 480×228 resolution and measures 3.5 x 1.9 x 0.3 inches externally. Keeping the price range at a low $100, $110, and $150 for the 2GB, 4GB, and 8GB models respectively. But will it be just another wannabe iPod killer(which we know it will be) …what do you think?
